Please note that this service is ‘outsourced’, which is why a fee must be paid for each task.
A fee is payable for the following administrative tasks:
- Any changes (not errors) to the original registration details you supplied at the time of booking
- Adding an additional clinic location
- Resending certificates
- Resending the consultation form URL
- Resending training links
- Exam resit fee per module
- Making changes to your clinic name, address, or email
- Creating a 7-day extension for any training
Please make sure you add which administrative task you’d like, to the notes section on the order
